4. Orders, Payments, and Pricing
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices or cancel orders if there’s an obvious error. Payment must be cleared before we ship your items.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
We ship focused on the USA. Once the package is with the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. We'll do our best to help with shipping issues, but we can't guarantee carrier timelines.
6. Fulfillment & Shipping Policy
We handcraft our grooming products in small batches to ensure quality. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment. Currently, we ship to all states within the USA, and we hope to expand our reach in the future. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days once dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, and will be clearly shown at checkout; please note these costs may vary during special promotions. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. While we aren't responsible for carrier delays or lost/damaged packages, we care about your experience—please contact us at RuggedRanaGrooming@gmail.com if any issues arise. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. This fulfillment policy works together with our main Terms & Conditions to ensure a fair and smooth experience for all Rana customers.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on used items. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

If you opt into a subscription, you’ll be billed according to your chosen frequency. You can cancel through your account dashboard at any time before the next billing cycle.
